According to B-R.com, the HOFer with the lowest career Win Shares (I wouldn't even know how to ask it to look for lowest winning percentage) among player with at least two All-Star selections was Maurice Stokes (amusingly enough, another former King/Royal), with 16.1.

And, now, a question for you (one I already know the answer to, but I'll ask anyway): how many players in the history of the NBA with career averages of 20+ points and 10+ rebounds are eligible for the Hall of Fame, but not in? I'm telling you, man, one way or another, Cousins is going to establish new precedent.
I can't really answer that question to be honest with you. I was hoping you could tell me that. If the HOF is strictly a numbers game and takes out winning percentages then sure, throw him in the HOF and maybe he can be in the history books with one of the lowest winning percentages by a HOF player.

The run was good but we are not winning this game without cuz in to help close it out. Maybe he gets his act together.
No. You would be slapping the guys out there in the face if you insert Cousins IMO. They brought you back in this without Cousins, let them finish. As soon as I write this, Cousins enters.

I see it this way. Playing well, yes. Were they going to get over the hump without DMC? Questionable.

He has one frustration foul to out himself though.

None. That's what I'm trying to tell you: barring some kind of renaissance in the second half of his career, where the team makes multiple playoff appearances, DeMarcus Cousins is going to set precedence as it pertains to the Hall of Fame. There's probably never been a player with a career winning percentage as low as him make it into the HOF, but there's definitely never been a player put up his numbers, who hasn't made it into the HOF.
