Hall of Famer
No, it's simpler than that. Millsap is strong and mobile and gives Cousins trouble defensively, especially with Howard lurking inside to help out and add physicality with Koufos unable to help out. So he's frustrated and Millsap scoring on the other end is exacerbating that.

The bigger issue to me is Cousins loafing, committing dumb fouls and otherwise not helping his team when he gets frustrated. It makes me think that if the Kings ever do make the playoffs and teams scheme better and play more physically that he'd do the same thing.

On a positive note, Tolliver continues to make the right play and is showing more and more lately.
Teams do that on a nightly basis almost, it works in their favor more times than not unless he gets help from his teammates.

What HOFer had the lowest winning percentage throughout his career?
According to B-R.com, the HOFer with the lowest career Win Shares (I wouldn't even know how to ask it to look for lowest winning percentage) among player with at least two All-Star selections was Maurice Stokes (amusingly enough, another former King/Royal), with 16.1.

And, now, a question for you (one I already know the answer to, but I'll ask anyway): how many players in the history of the NBA with career averages of 20+ points and 10+ rebounds are eligible for the Hall of Fame, but not in? I'm telling you, man, one way or another, Cousins is going to establish new precedent.
