Is Total Rebounding Percent a particularly useful stat when looking at someone like Bagley who played next to another top caliber big man in Wendell Carter?

I remember Durant, Oden, Rose, and a lot of other talented high draft picks struggling mightily in Summer League. It just isn't a great context for evaluating a player.
