Work from Kings spokesperson: Rudy Gay's injury does not appear serious. Cousins' injury may not be either.
Well if we get out of this with nothing worse than a moderate ankle sprain and a strained Achilles, that's about as good as we could hope for. Of course it will crush us over the next week or two, may drive a dagger in the heart of Cuz as All-Star, but we will still be able to get back to team building over the second half of the season with whomever we trade for in the next few weeks.

I've seen DMC roll an ankle in practice and be fine the next day. Blessed with great joints and ligaments

One about @boogiecousins, he's 1 of the most flexible big men I've ever seen. Sprains don't affect him like others, although that looked bad
This is true of a lot of guys. I think anybody who has been around athletics has seen ankle sprains that swell up so bad you think the person will never walk again and then they come back the next day OK.

What I find interesting is that we still have people interested enough in the game and the Kings to continue to post in this game thread.
We're so accustomed to losing that now that we know we've got no chance in this game, we're able to keep on trucking.

If both James and Wade got injured mid-game and left, and the Heat started getting blown out, I'm sure the activity on their board would die.

Hopefully both Cousins and Gay will be able to bounce back soon and retain the form we've seen of them over the last few weeks.

Are you saying we are sick. ;)
