    Westbrook?

I'd take him over Collison if both were there on the board.

Kings Select in the 2008 NBA DRAFT??

It was obvious against a lengthy Memphis team that Augustin is going to struggle in the next level because of his size. He looks more and more like a quicker Jameer Nelson than anything else.

    Grade the Kings Draft

I gave the draft a 'D'. According to today's Bee article, Petrie said that he attempted to make moves to trade up 4-9 ,but none of the deals worked out. It was good to hear that at least he tried to get in position to get either Yi or B. Wright. Unfortunately, the reality is that we still...

MAN!! I was hoping B. Wright was gonna be there. Looks like its going to come down to Thornton, J. Wright, and please NO Hawes..

ESPNS Mock Draft 4.0 posted tue 6-19

I'm hoping the Kings don't draft Hawes. Although there is a glaring need for a big man, they would be better off drafting the BPA and plug him in along the way. I'd much rather see us grabbing Julian Wright or Jeff Green if any of the projected top 10 don't fall. Hawes is NOT the next great...

Bee: Bibby adds spring to step

Man, he shedded a ton of weight off. This is great b/c obviously last year he put on too much muscle and even he said it took a toll early in the season.

    49ers Preseason vs Bears

According to a report on Real Football 365 http://www.realfootball365.com/nfl/articles/2006/08/alex-smith-49ers110806.html Nolan plans to extend Smith's play into the second quarter. It should be interesting how Smith has progressed and adjusted to a new offense against the tough Chi town Defense.

49ers pick Mike Nolan to be Head Coach

I agree with SlugKing .. I'm still scratching my head why the Niners didn't pick up a GM before a Head Coach who are going to share the same philosophy in personnel decisions. It doesn't make much sense ,but then again its York. Having said that, Nolan is a good pickup for the Niners; although I...

By Tyler Norris Goode, STAFF WRITER Jan. 8, 2005 11:33 p.m. ATLANTA - During a shootaround Friday morning at Philips Arena, Sacramento's Kevin Martin stood still and listened to a respected basketball voice: Kings assistant coach Pete Carril. More than the extra jump shots he puts...

    Kings @ Hornets Game Thread

Bibby comes close... I'd say Payton mastered how to defend a pick and roll to perfection. For a player that sucessfully runs that play on a conistent basis, you'd think he'd have some sense to atleast making an attempt to go over the pick - atleast after the 4th time in a row it happened.

Voisin: York shouldn't let rejection deter him

The niners would be better off going after Romeo Crennel and staying away from another college coach who couldn't cut it in 2 stints as a NFL coach. Crennel, IMO, is the kind of personality the Niner's need and I could see the defense making bigger strides next season. Although Caroll's said...
