So Ordinary That It's Truly Quite Extraordinary

0MG guyz... the salt here is incredible!1!

The one announcer just now said re: Boogie "They've been trying to trade him for a year and a half now and nobody will touch him" totally straight faced response to the question "Have you ever watched a guy drop 55 on your team and say 'no way do we want this guy on our team?'".

It is glorious.

Stick this in his timeline:

Holy crap this is amazing.

Did you hear what this scrub said about Cousins? Cousins was "vulgar" and "downright disrespectful"!! He's on the verge of demanding an apology. Somewhere, Bill Laimbeer is laughing his ass off.

Methinks Cousins has learned how to turn the tables and get under other people's skin now. The league has created a monster!!!

Honestly I thought he might cry the whole interview with how depressed he looked.

KG and sheed would be proud

Sorry but "WE GONNA BE ALRITE" is not the most compelling argument. 55 points on 78% TS from our best player is unsustainable....so until the team resolves its deficiencies at SG and PF and assorted back-up spots, tonight was a thrilling win in an otherwise march to nowhere. This team needs a trade and infusion of energy and scoring and something. The mix is wrong and the talent sparse. There's too many players logging empty minutes and I am fairly confident that our front office realizes this.
You're right but my point is the sky is not falling in. We are basically at the 8th seed with everything as is and we all know getting better isn't overly far fetched being that it's trade season and our schedule lightens up - hence my statement which ill repeat

We goona be alrite

I don't believe it's a big call. I think it's clear as day, it's time to trade him for value, any value you get in return is a net positive.
Shouldn't be any shortage of suitors with 3 decent teams already rumoured in the mix. Big call who you go with as it will directly effect our balance

I love that Cousins remembers what happened nearly 6 weeks ago in Portland when they lost in OT. Sure, he was also peeved about recent events and the subsequent fine -- but a lot of his anger was focused on the end of that OT loss when Myers Leonard acted like he was some type of star player. And Boogie was determined to let him know exactly who he really is. As well as the rest of the Blazers.

I dig that. I dislike today's game where most players seem to take things in stride because they are cashing big checks regardless. I prefer the old school mentality when players took things personally like Cousins does. MJ and Kobe were both like that. While Cuz isn't in that stratosphere as a player, I love that he takes things personally like they did and plays with passion. If the Kings had more players like that, they'd win a helluva lot more. He just needs to learn to pick his spots better and not get into trouble during crucial points in the game or get himself kicked out.

More DMC.

Leads into the locker-room media interview with an obscenely cheesey "HEY FRIENDS! HOW YALL DOIN ITS SO NICE TO SEE YOU!" With a giant s***-eating grin on his face.
Hahaha that's epic man. Hey if Cousins is gonna play like this every night I don't mind jumping on the playoff train.

Above is what Blazers commentators thought happened, the same thing that refs said a few minutes later.

Unless they show the other angle you can see what you want, nobody can prove you wrong.
Interesting which way your judgement goes when things are not clear.
Agreed. We only saw one angle and we are all going to believe what we want in the end anyway. He and the refs can say whatever they want but I still feel the action was intentional.

There is a video in that link that shows the reverse angle (cuz facing the bench). That was no accident. He absolutely intentionally spit his mouthpiece. It came flying out. Also, if it was an accident he would have gone and picked it up.

This will be interesting to see how the NBA views this.

You know, I watched it and it didn't look intentional. But I'm sure it was intentional. No way your mouthpiece flies while you talk. Cousins should improve his behavior. That being said he is no worse than the bloody Kobe or the spoiled Green.

I don't even think he was talking when he spit it. I think he made eye contact with Leonard and spit it at him.

So, @VF21, was that a satisfactory result for your first game at the Eagle?
Holy effing crap, dude. I have no voice today at all...and my hands hurt from clapping. If I never see another game in person, I will die happy with the knowledge that I was there with my family the night Boogie made everybody else on the court look like children.
