A Sacramento area television personality has been arrested for a second time for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Mark S. Allen, whose real name is Mark Allen Stell, 50, of Roseville, was arrested in the early morning hours of Dec. 4 by Roseville police. Allen is the entertainment anchor for CBS-owned KOVR’s “Good Day Sacramento” morning show.

Police said that an officer was dispatched to the area of Atlantic Street and Interstate 80 about 12:45 a.m. after two motorists called to report a sedan being driven in an erratic manner. The car was reported to have exited the freeway and traveled onto Atlantic Street.
