Pretty good scorer in college who has never been able to do anything on this end in the pros. Good size and pretty decent athlete, can occasionally find a seam, drive and finish over the rim. Will run the break, although sometimes prone to getting off balance and blowing layups. Jumpshot is notoriously shaky -- can sometimes hit them when open with his feet set, but if he has to move or adjust things fall apart in a hurry. Prone to shooting too much considering his lack of accuracy. Not a good FT shooter for a swingman. Does not create with his passing.
Defense & Rebounding
Makes his living on this side of the ball. Has good size and uses it aggressively, attempting to smother his man. Sometimes prone to getting too aggressive and getting blown by. Mostly a man defender and racks up very few steals for a defensive specialist. Not a factor on the glass.
Intangibles
Reports vary. Certainly a low level dirty work sort of player, but was vocal about Toronto's softness last year. Was dismissed from Kings early in the 10-11 season for complaining about role.
