I've just heard that Fresno, Modesto and Stockton are turning into an overgrown subarbia with flat, running streets and pavement, listless people, and crime and drug issues. Well Fresno for sure. People always try to create these safe communities, never realizing that boredom is one of the more dangerous things for a community there is.
