DeMarcus Cousins Watch, 2021-22 season (was: Boogie to the Bucks!)

It’s pretty disrespectful what Cousins is saying about the Kings. Ok, if we didn’t pick him then another team would have done and another team would have paid him, but he still should be thankful for the opportunity and support he got during his time with the team. Instead, he talks shiz about...

Kings trade Tyrese and Buddy for Sabonis and Holiday and Lamb

There probably isn’t a huge demand for a point guard that is an inefficient scorer and below average defender. I don’t discount his talent and near all star capabilities when he’s in form, but increasingly I see Fox more like Monta Ellis than all star.

Kings trade Tyrese and Buddy for Sabonis and Holiday and Lamb

Jarrett Allen is a good shot blocker and rebounder, and at times with Brooklyn showed he could shoot the ball. Evan Mobley is a good shot blocker and rebounder, with the ability to stretch the floor, but for whatever reason his treys aren’t falling consistently at the minute. Lauri Markenan is a...

Kings trade Tyrese and Buddy for Sabonis and Holiday and Lamb

I have no issue with acquiring Sabonis. He’s 25 years old and has two all star appearances to his name. However, his game is flawed because he doesn’t block shots and he isn’t an accurate three point shooter. So either we need to find ourselves a shot blocking, floor spacing 4/5 or we play with...

[Game] Kings vs Jazz, Wednesday April 28th, 7 PM Pacific (10 PM Eastern)

True, but keep in mind that the Suns acquired one of the all time great players in Chris Paul. He joined a highly drafted and talented core of Ayton, Bridges and one of the best scorers in the league Booker. The Suns did look good in the bubble, but the addition of Paul made a huge difference...

[Game] Kings vs Jazz, Wednesday April 28th, 7 PM Pacific (10 PM Eastern)

I see where you are coming from but already we’ve seen four years with no real progression outside of year one to year two: - 27 to 39 and the coach gets fired - new coach and our win-loss would have been worse these two seasons if extrapolated to 82 games Maybe a slam dunk in the draft and a...

[Game] Kings vs Jazz, Wednesday April 28th, 7 PM Pacific (10 PM Eastern)

If I was Fox, I’d be questioning that decision to sign the extension and wasting the next four years of his career with this dumpster fire of a team. And I bet Doncic is extremely thankful Vlade passed on him and he didn’t end up here wasting away. It really is hard to see this team’s direction...

    Fire Walton

If Walton survives and continues to coach us next season, then he must have something good on the ones above because the majority of teams would have canned him by now. It does make you think where we could have been had we stuck with Malone when he got unfairly fired, or even Joerger who...

JJackson, Zbo to Dallas for Harrison Barnes

This trade seems decent on paper for us. Obviously Barnes is not an all star, but he’s a good enough player to help this team win games. He’s still young and on a similar timeline to our core, so if we do decide to keep him around they can all grow and develop together. It’s a nice deal for us...

    Mid-Season Trade Thought: Draymond Green

So the logic here is that the Warriors aren't going to extend Green and will take on an expiring contract and a rookie coming up to his first pay day? Seriously the Warriors will pay Green a tidy sum and keep this core together, but if they did decide to trade him, it wouldn't be for our flawed...

    Free Agency Thread - 2018

With how long he's contracted and taking into his current ability, we would need to give up more than WCS and an expiring contract. I'm not a Wiggins fan because he's not a consistent shooter, nor does he controbute much defensively, but he has more value than that. I'd say adding in Buddy or...

Kings sign Yogi Ferrell for 2years/$6.2M

And our shooting guard pick from the following draft is on his fourth team and could end up being in a similar position on the depth chart if Gary Trent Jr and/or Anfernee Simons work their way past him.

Kings sign Yogi Ferrell for 2years/$6.2M

I like this signing and it adds another talent player to our bench unit. So we've got: Fox / Yogi / Mason Bogdanovic / Buddy / McLemore I'd say that's a solid back court unit and could be good to watch. I'm guessing Shumpert or Bogdanovic will play some SF with the other at SG, unless of...

    Trading Our Cap Space

Memphis and Toronto got better after trading Rudy Gay away. The Grizzlies defense was stronger and their offense stayed consistent. They were 29-16 before the trade and finished the season 27-10, then made their way to the conference finals. As for the Raptors the trade helped them develop into...

    Free Agency Thread - 2018

That's a young upside line up. I guess there are concerns over exactly how good that quintet can become but if they reach their potential that could be the foundation of another strong Bulls team.

    Trading Our Cap Space

I doubt Miami would give up Winslow, Richardson or Bam. They are a young trio they will want to build around. Now they do own their 2019 first round pick, so if they attached that with Tyler Johnson that might appeal to us. But I don't see them giving up major assets to dump that salary because...

Jabari Parker NOT the next Kings FA target

If Buddy continues to thrive in an off the bench role, and Bogdan makes the starting SG position his own, we should be able to extend both of them unless another team tries to max one of them out. If they do then we pick which want we want to hold onto, but as long as this team has play off...

Jabari Parker NOT the next Kings FA target

Justin Jackson at best projects to be a 3 and D SF, and based off what we saw last season and from his college career most consider him a depth chart guy. Do we want to give Bogdanovic a try at SF? It could work I suppose, but he's not really an ideal fit for that position. He's better suited...

UPDATE: Bulls match offer sheet for Zach LaVine (NEW Poll)

Not surprised the Bulls have matched the offer. Lavine might not be a great player, but he does help them form a decent young starting line up with him, Dunn, Markkanen, and Carter.
