IMHO, barring injury, I can almost guarantee the Kings will decline that 3rd year option and make Keon a RFA next summer in order to sign him to a long term deal. You don't want a defensive stud like Keon to hit unrestricted free agency. I expect Keon to be an integral part of this team moving...

Agreed. You can turn a minor injury into a major year long injury by playing on it too soon, especially at Zion's size and weight. I'd be surprise if they risk it and put him out there on Friday.

Even though the Kings were 4-0 against the Lakers and 0-5 versus the Pelicans, I'm glad the Kings are playing the Pelicans on Friday. I think the chances of a fairly called game by the refs is much more likely playing the Pelicans than the Lakers.
