Some interesting matchups tonight with Matthews/Thornton, Hayes/Aldridge, Felton/Evans. I think a couple big keys will be if Salmons can contain Wallace and whether Cousins can be effective against the length of Camby, which i think he should be able to.

Is this game not being shown on DirecTV tonight? On channel 698 is high school football at 7, and on 699 is just an upcoming for the Bulls @ Kings game taking the entire day.

Uverse is saying the same thing... CSN-CA 1768 should have the all the games. I hope its just a mix up. I have been looking forward to this game all day!

I actually feel kind of bad for Aldridge lol. Chuckwagon-"YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" I have us as the favorite in this one. Lets see if the team stays focused in the second game of a back to back.

True, but he is still an effective shot blocker whose length could pose problems. But I do agree though that Cousins should have his way with him. Hawes damn near dropped a triple double on them last night.

Regardless of who is running the point, there needs to be more of an actual offense run tonight, and less 1-on-1 style chucking up of shots and 1v4 drives to the hoop. Defensively, I think the Kings need to just repeat what they did last night against the Lakers, maybe with a bit more boxing out.

Well this is one where it may come as a relief. Daly tortured Aldridge last year into back to back 9-27 and 9-24 shooting performances.

The interesting thing, or perhaps frigtening thing, is what hppens when the Blazers go small, as they are showing an early interest in Aldridge and Wallace as the C/PF tandem. Gerald is obviously too quick for our bigs, but you bring in OUtlaw and he kills him inside physically.

If it's not on 1768 like it should be I think you should get it on league pass channel 2105. I'm not positive but I think everyone gets nba pass the first week.

Just might be a high-scoring game. Hope the Kings can bring a strong defensive game tonight but, when Portland brings in Jamal Crawford maybe time for Garcia to get some PT?

Time for my nightly League Pass post...

After switching from Dish Network to Verizon Fios league pass has gone from awesome to frustrating. They have exactly one HD channel ... ONE! On Dish Network just about every game was in HD. This is super annoying to say the least, and I guess that means i'll be watching the Kings on my macbook tonight ( and every night the Kings don't have that lucky '1' game in HD.)

My friend laid a bet on the table with me saying that if the Clippers have a better record than the Kings this season, I have to buy him a jersey, and vice versa. I am a poor college student, so $60 will hurt! :p Do we believe this is going to be a killer season or am I just a foolish hopeful?

Listen to his homer Blazers announcer say that Jamal Crawford is going to school Marcus Thornton. Does he not know that Marcus Thornton just dropped 27 point on thirteen shots on Kobe?

DirecTV showed pregame stuff on 699 but cut off the signal before the game started. Found Grant and Jerry on channel 755 (and I don't get League Pass but this channel worked for me).
