PapaG HAS proven capable when given his spot minutes both this year in very very limited action and last season after THE TRADE. It's not like Koufos is a minute monster; so trade him and give that time to Papa.

It's not like he's a lost puppy at all times, then I would get it if he didn't get any minutes.
And even without considering Papa's minutes, Giles is potentially going to be rejoining the team in a month.

Skal needs lot of work in the bball IQ department... strips the rebound away from Hield for the Raptors then jumps at 6'0 Kyle Lowry for no reason...

He's bringing him along slowly and it's working. Push him and who knows? But again, I have more faith in Joerger and his ability than a lot of you apparently. I remember ALL the coaches the Kings have had since they moved here and Joerger is definitely not one of the bad ones.

Now, back to the game...

I appreciate the respect the Toronto fans show for Vince Carter. I can envision him returning to Toronto to retire as a Raptor and head into the HoF in their uniform.

We seem just fine so far without ZBOs offense. I feel like it gives the young guys more of a chance to be aggressive. Hopefully we see less touches and more DNPs from ZBO going forward.

I'll be honest. I just don't think Skal is ready for the big pond. He kills it in Reno but he just looks slightly out of kilter when he's out there with the Kings. I don't know how you can improve his BBIQ. Comparing him to a box of rocks might be considered unkind, so I'll just stop now...

I don't think so yet either.. I definitely think he has the rawest bball IQ of any King we've seen.. surpassing Ben says something......But oh well, the Kings are in a rebuild and it definitely takes other guys longer to learn the game.

Bogdanovic played a great half. At the start of the season, he hesitated on his 3s because NBA players closed out faster than Euroleague guys. Now, he's made a big time mental adjustment. He's just letting it rip and comfortably playing within himself
If Bogdan can be a 40% from 3 shooter, with the other parts of his game he will be a tough cover.

Love the ball movement of this team tonight.

Well, this went downhill suddenly. Darn it. I blame myself - I went outside and got some firewood to bring in for the night. When I got back to the game, it wasn't pretty. :(
Skal and Pappa came in but that’s what happens with rebuilding. Would love to see Bogs as the primary ball handler in the half court.
