We won the "here" now we have to see what happens at the "there."

Friday's game was FUN. We saw the heart, the hustle, the energy, the effort and the enthusiasm. We saw a TEAM out there. It might have just been a rare alignment of the stars and the approaching Leonid meteor shower. Or maybe just maybe it might have been an indication of what's to come.

They showed Vlade a couple of times and he looked strangely calm... and composed. Almost like he was seeing what he had known he would see eventually. It was a good night for Kings fans and Kings management.

I make no predictions of what will happen in Portland. I know there will be at least ONE Kings Fan member in the house, as pdxkingsfan has already said he'll be there. Hope he waves to the cameras!

It's a good time to be a Kings fan. :)

This will be interesting. The Kings obviously struggle on the road. The kids are so young their eyes are wide every time they get out off an airplane and land in a new city. They will get over it after awhile. We all want to see the defense we saw last night. Maybe a few more shots will fall. Portland is a pretty good team and I expect them to respond with a better effort. The Kings kind of embarassed them last night.

I kinda made mention of this over in the "Kings Prediction Game" thread, but I do not feel too optimistic about this game tonight. I think we come out super flat, and get whooped around for a good part of a 48 minute "effort". And, just as I said in that post, I hope I am wrong.

this could possibly be over by halftime but I'll watch until then, I expect the Blazers to come out and put it on them early. Trill won't do what he did last night so someone else needs to show up and play.
