I'll be disappointed if Joerger doesn't have WCS defend Porzingas. Who else on this roster would have a chance with that kind of mobility and length? WCS got a lot of acclaim for his defense of Embiid. Now's the time to start building on that performance and make life hell for Porzingas. Christie has mentioned that WCS needs to focus on doing a couple of things very well rather than a lot of things [so-so well]. I wholeheartedly agree. Now go out there against Porzingas and DEFEND!

I am hoping that upon hearing the crowd at G1C go nuts after his blocks on Embiid, that Willie realized that great defense can also get the crowd on their feet. He has the tools in abundance. He just needs that fire to want to make opponents hesitate to come in his area.

The Knicks hustle HARD, they crash the glass every single time.

Since being moved to the bench, Buddy has been averaging 14.9/6.5 on 50% shooting and over 50% from three. Almost 7 rebounds per game from a shooting guard. Really gives much more freedom for other players to try and create and get into the game when he doesn't have to create so much.

That will be a murder if, they put on KP a small guy, last season it was advantage against Kristaps to put smaller guy on him, but this season he has just dominated against smaller guys because of his improvements at core strenght.

I have seen every Knicks game this season, because as a native Latvian this is proud moment in our country, this season he only struggled against Horford and it may sound funny, but vs Pistons against Tolliver and he still dropped 30+ that game.
Yep.

The Kings best bet is to put WCS on him.and hope he's up for the challenge.

Skal and/or Justin Jackson will probably have to guard him for stretches but that may turn ugly. Kosta, or Z-Bo are just too slow and little guys are just too easy to shoot over.

If Willie is engaged he could harass him into a tough shooting night but if he's not locked in (or if Kristaps just has a hot shooting night), Zinger will have another 30+ point game.

With the exception of opp. 2nd chance points (we rank 29th) , our defense is not bad considering our team make up. 6th in opp. points off our TOs, 10th in opp. fast break points and 5th in opponent points in the paint.

Until our offense is no longer considered worst in the league, we will need to keep this up and hopefully start grabbing more rebounds to cut those 2nd chance points down.

You have to wonder also if that’s the Fox effect as well.

I go thru this about 2x a year. Pretty much cripples me for around 3-7 days each time. Really sucks.
Try large and consistent doses of potassium citrate throughout the year. Alkalinizing effect dissolves and prevents stones from calcifying.

Take a teaspoon dissolved in juice 2x/day. Or, dissolved in water and balanced with apple cider vinegar for taste and pH balance.

I make my own homemade sugarless gatorade by putting two teaspoons of potassium citrate, a gram of zinc gluconate, a gram of vitamin C, and a couple table spoons of apple cider vinegar in 1.5 liters of water. I'll drink 1-2 of those a day.
