I'm leaning towards Fox, but I'd be happy with any of the projected top 5 guys too. Moving up in this draft was killer!

At 10, I'm hoping for Collins. KK is a decent trade chip, so having him on the roster shouldn't keep us from drafting a kid with good two way potential.

Is it Thursday yet?!
I still think we might attempt to trade up from 10 to get a SF and PG inside top 6 or 7 using cap room to get another 1st round pick. I am not sure if Kings can pull it off but I do think they will try!

Reading twitter is dangerous. I'm starting to believe that Tatum and Isaac could go 3 and 4. Choosing between Jackson and Fox is a nice problem to have, I'm interested in what everyone here would do?

Personally I'm still leaning Fox... just
I'd be happy with either but have preferred Fox from the start. Fox has always been #2 on my wish list after Fultz.

I'm with you, moving up was very fortunate! I'd love to grab Fox and Collins... Even better for me would be Jackson and dsj or Mitchell. So many possibilities.

Based on what I've read, Collins would be a great pickup at 10. I have a feeling somebody will trade up and take him sooner than that though. Hope I'm wrong - I'm a "Fox/Collins" guy

I am still hoping for Jackson at 5. He's going to be a fantastic SF. Shoots almost 40 percent from 3, 52 percent from the 2, and is a lock down defender. Averaged a very solid 16-8 in his time at Kansas. I want nothing to do with Collins or Markanan.

Grab DSJ or Trade up for Nkilitina or Monk for the second pick

I wouldn't mind that at all!

I think it might take moving all the way to 6 to nab Isaac (or even Jackson if he drops), and I dunno what we'd have to package with 10 to do that, but if we end up with Fox AND one of the SFs, this draft gets an A+ from me.

Man, what a great kid!
Aside from his natural talent and competitiveness, that's the other thing that really strikes me. He comes across very smart, articulate and seems to really have a better understanding of the game compared to his peers. Not that these other top kids aren't smart or competitive, as I'm sure they all are. But Fox just seems to be at a different level than most these 19, 20 year old kids. That's what I've noticed anyway.

Yeah, I'm really set on Fox.

So I'm probably setting myself up for disappointment
The life of a Kings fan! :(

I live Fox not only for his talent but he is a natural leader. People gravitate to him. He has "it" from that perspective and that is something this team really needs. A leader that the rest of the players will follow and run through a brick wall for.

If we're smart, we'd trade 5 and 34 to Boston for number 3 and take Fox. If Boston has their eyes on Tatum he'll most likely be there. Or JJ.
But you are making an assumption that Boston would accept this deal. I am pretty sure Ainge would be looking to extract a (future) first round pick instead of pick 34 and Kings are currently not in a position to give away 1st round picks.

Well, Boston needs to save on salary. This would help them

Yes. I learned that from last year and Vlade - I have little clue what will happen, and am dropping desirous expectations.
And yet.... all three of his picks look like rotation players, with Skal setting himself apart as a guy with huge potential.

I'm really hoping we get Fox. But if we don't, we're still coming away from this draft with talent.

Anyone but Lauri (soft, one dimensional) or Monk (bad fit)! :p

Its wide open, if no Fox then Smith Jr please, and I wouldn't look back ..... much. Another unlikely draft I'd like would be Jackson, Collins, and Juwan Evans - somehow.

"With the NBA's 5th pick the Sacramento Kings Choose......" ---we'll find out tomorrow---
