Hoping the Cavs win easily so they can rest up to take down the Warriors again. I bet the Celts win at least one, though.
They have no answer for playoff Cthulhu though. As good as IT and their guard collection has been, Boston isn't going to be able to slow Lebron, especially since he's had time to rest and he's in playoffs Bringer of Darkness mode.

Yawn

Can we just simulate the rest of these conference finals series..and the finals for that matter.

I'm pretty sure Utah-LAC has been the only good series in these playoffs. Boston/Washington had 2-3 good games but was lacking because of the predictability of the hapless road team.

Let's do the draft!!!!

There is something hypnotic about watching LBJ play. He makes things look so easy that you (or at least I) don't realize how incredibly good he is until you hear the gasps of the opposing fans. The Cavs just might be able to sweep right into the finals...

Very convenient hip injury there, Isaiah.

Maybe the Cavs aren't the MonStars but Boston looking like the Toon Squad minus Michael Jordan and Bill Murray.

It's hard to imagine Isaiah Thomas quitting in this series, when the Celtics winning the Number One overall pick in a draft where there are expected to be a handful of superstar lead guards means that he is essentially playing for his job.

You were saying?

The Boston Celtics today announced that Isaiah Thomas will miss the remainder of this year’s postseason following re-aggravation of a right femoral-acetabular impingement with labral tear during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against Cleveland. Thomas initially injured the hip during the third quarter of the Celtics’ March 15 game against Minnesota, forcing him to miss the next two regular season contests. The injury was further aggravated during Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals at Washington on May 12.

Not saying they're better off without the guy (as currently constructed, they probably aren't) but the Celtics are far harder to game plan for when there isn't a 5'8" defensive sieve taking up over 30 percent of their offensive possessions.
I don't think they are as currently constructed either, but imagine 2-3 years down the road if they draft Fultz and they manage to land the 3 of their dreams through free agency. Then the eternal question Kings Fans asked for years will need to be answered.
