Trade deadline approaching for Kings

Well they sealed their fate, when they let Hinkie go and hired Colangelo.

Btw. how stupid is Ainge for not going after Noel, when his pricetag is this low.
HOLY ****. That's a ****ing steal. It's Justin Anderson straight up for Noel. WTF?? If we weren't already stacked at C, it would've been a great deal for us.

Its makes no sense to hold on to the expiring veterans who wont be here next year, trade them for anything, protected 2nd rounders even. Alot of factors involved here though, Incompetent FO, agents possibly not wanting anything to do with Vlade.....

Honestly plugging Buddy in Cousins spot and the "Celtics game" might have even convinced Vivek that this is a playoff team.
I guess I don't see much value in adding second round picks in the upcoming draft. They already have 3 (and this doesn't even include Hield) guys who are rookies this year; they are likely to have 3 to 4 more in next years draft. If you can't get at least some value, let them walk and try to spend the money wisely in free agency (yeah, I know. Insert jokes here).

I think we should have offered Collison to Houston for McDaniels. Our most pressing needs are SF and PG. I would love to see us move Collison + something for Payne

Dallas gave up a 1st rd pick as well.
Well, it's a top-18 protected pick that devolves into two second rounders if it doesn't convey this year. And Dallas (.393) is probably not going to catch and pass the OKC slot (.561) to get down to #19 in the draft. So it's almost certainly not a first rounder.

Hoops hype is saying that talks on trades have died down because we're asking for too much....lol

You couldn't make this **** up if you wanted to.
Aldridge reported we are just looking for a first for Collison

I think we might be holding up for value, of any kind

But I expect at least Collison to be jettisoned off for anything if none comes

From Marc Steins twitter:

The Kings fielded offers today for Darren Collison, Ben McLemore and Arron Afflalo, league sources say, but appear poised to keep all three.
