It can be worse.

The second Boogie gets traded, it gets much much worse.

We have our superstar. I don't see why anyone thinks we can develop a new one with whatever assets we get in return.

We get players in return. We have tried to build around Boogie and can't. We have no assets to trade. The people we would receive in a trade for Boogie could do this minimum.

Memphis is channeling their inner Houston Rockets from deep, making them all, even players that have no business making them. That type of night I suppose. Revenge game it is. Glad to see Malachi get some burn, now I want to see some Skal too!

No, you don't. IF you trade Cousins it's not to retool. It's to tear down and rebuild. You'd trade him for ending contracts, young players and draft picks.

Dealing Boogie for a guy like, say CJ McCollum doesn't fix the issues of the present or the future.

Cousins killed the team with his attitude tonight. He was actually getting calls before he started bitching and then he took himself out of the flow of the team's offense. He lost the game mentally.

I don't see it.

We go from being bad, but with a superstar, to 76ers awful and no superstar.

No matter what assets we get in return, they won't be Boogie. They'll be flexible pieces and maybe picks and probably pieces that need to be developed.

I have no faith in anyone ever developing into a better player than Cuz.

The grass isn't greener on the other side of this fence.

You don't think it's the fact that his team cannot make shots from his double and triple teams and that Memphis is shooting it into the ocean?

They caught fire in the fourth. Cousins took himself out mentally in the first half. In the 1st quarter, Boogie was orchestrating the half-court offense. Collison and Barnes were hitting shots. Then Cousins, for some reason, decided to have his own little battle and it hurt the team.

He does have a ways to go as a superstar and leader but IMO the surrounding cast is still as big of a problem

Green with 16 points and 4/5 from outside. But we keep starting Cousins & Koufos despite it causing issue on defense and leaving the 2nd unit with no rebounding or interior presence.

Why do they still do the train horn on made 3's? Makes sense at the Sleep Train Arena but not so much at the G1 Center. Maybe the sounds of money might make more sense.
