End of the next season. Two out of those five guys (including Bogdan) to be in the 7-8 player rotation of the average NBA team would make it passing grade for both, player development and drafting. That would be my minimum expectations.
To be happy, at least one has to be starter material and additional two in that 7-8 player rotation.

How about you?
I don't believe Bogdan will do much in the NBA but that's just my point of view. I would love to be proven wrong on that. In regards to the rest, I'd at least expect Cauley Stein and Malachi to be productive players, nothing special but productive...Skal has an opportunity to be a 15 min off the bench big, maybe something along the lines of a Darrell Arthur. I give him another two drafts to further evaluate his capabilities as a GM with a good, bad or terrible drafting record. Let's remember too...it takes at least 3-4 years to make assumptions on whether the draft picks are going to be a success or a dud for the team moving forward.

My thoughts are that Cousins best bet is to remain in sac until he hits free agency. If he gets traded to another team and it also doesn't work out then he's lost a lot of his appeal. If on the other hand he stays here he'll get a pass at the end of next year regardless of how many games we lose between now and then. So I don't expect him to do anything other than what he's doing... Which is try not to get himself traded.

I know one thing. If I was Cousins, I would make sure there was a no trade clause in my next contact.

WCS more upside than Skal? ok
