Well at least he has the driving part down. Now he just needs to draw rim.
Somehow he's flown under the radar here, but Duarte has been just as bad for us this season. Other than Monk, our bench unit has been a net negative all year. Moves need to be made somehow.

correct me if I'm wrong here but I think throughout Harden's career PPG vs all NBA squads, the Kings would be number one on that list. Maybe it has changed since he left Houston, but not sure where to find updated info on it.
He has a penchant for shrinking in big moments, but I guess when you're up by 30 he doesn't have to worry about it.

My impression with the Pelicans is that they keep beating us because Zion can literally only dunk on offense and yet we have no defender who can meet him at the rim and stop him. With the Clippers it's just a steady stream of pick and rolls springing their stars for iso baskets or kick outs to open shooters. We all know what the plays are yet we can't stop them...
On the season, only ten percent of Zion Williamson's field goal attempts have been dunks (cite). Versus the Kings, he has two dunks in three games.

Yeah, team is just such a wider range of outcomes this year. Either we stomp teams by 20 or get blown out. Last year, we either won by 5 or lost by 5.

I dunno. Once again, there's no reason for us to play so damn good last night vs a quality opponent, (who was the hottest team in the NBA btw...6-1, blowing teams out) on both ends of the court, look like a top 8 NBA team and then follow that up with this performance. I don't get it.
maybe it's time to add the Clips to the same list as the Pelicans and Rockets? I know the Kings beat the Clips last season with PG and Kawhi but that's last season

Exactly. And so far Kawhi looks like Kawhi again. Totally different team with that in their bag. He looks to be back from all those injury issues finally.

I think what's disappointing is that when the Kings play a team they previously loss to they normally come out very competitive, but that was last year. There have been so many times this season where they came out flat against such teams like the pelicans, rockets, and clippers.

The good news is Keegan looked awesome and he maybe just maybe is figuring out how to score when the 3 point shot isn’t falling. I wonder if he has ever had 17 points with no made 3 pointers? My guess is no. That, friends is huge. His defense was fantastic. The only player that could make it difficult on the Clips.

the bad news is we are a one trick pony offensively, especially when Domas doesn’t have it going in the post. Brown has never called an audible when we are brickin it up. Change the offense at half!

This year's Kings team just reminds me too much of all the bad Luke Walton teams. Relying on their offense to win games, but as soon as the shots don't fall, they roll over and give up. We need a shakeup somewhere.

With the way we're playing, I hope this unit has enjoyed playing together for the last 1.5yrs...
