Russel (10.4 foul shots per game) Westbrook needs the Refs to call the fouls on his out of control drives into the paint just like his former teammate James (10.5 foul shots per game) Harden.

Here is a list---> http://www.espn.com/nba/statistics/player/_/stat/free-throws/sort/freeThrowsAttempted

Boogie is a distant fifth on that list and Westbrook is number two and real close to Harden. So unfortunately the Refs will dictate how this game goes to some degree.

GO KINGS!!!!! BEAT OKC!!!!!

We've done this already this season. Russ will get his but slow him down and get the win.

This is a game just crying out for Dave to defensively scheme

Also, I hope Rudy plays well so that it might lead to a Rudy/Cameron Payne deal......while they are at it, take DC and we will figure out salaries to make it happen

Even though I predicted a loss in the prediction thread, I think this should be a very winnable game. Westbrook will get his triple double, but if it's inefficient high TO his team will struggle to win.

Again, need to not get burnt by the threes and fall into a huge deficit early.

What is the point of your post?

What is the point of your post?
My point was that how the refs call fouls will dictate how the game goes. If every time Westbrook slashes into the paint the whistles blow it could be a long night. Westbrook and Harden are making a living driving into the traffic in the paint, creating contact, hearing the whistles and throwing up prayers.

Meanwhile Boogie gets hammered in the paint almost every time he touches the ball and maybe half of the fouls are called. Slapping and bumping Boogie is the favorite pastime of opposing teams, especially during the double team. Happens every game multiple times. What are the Refs supposed to do? Call every foul:eek:

Damn it, Rudy. Move the effing ball. It ended well this time but you need to involve the other 4 guys in the Kings jerseys.

Now that Joerger is finally playing a starting lineup that makes sense ....

the next "obvious" elephant in the room is this Cousins standing on the top of the key every time down the floor. I'm sorry but he needs to be in the post. occasionally shooting 3's is fine. but he is way less effective when he's always trying to cross people over/ driving the paint or spot shooting 3's.

his rebounds are down because he's standing at the 3pt line. not a fan
